Features:
Springs are designed such that they do not lose their properties while working continuously for specified number of operations.
Our Spring Endurance Testing System is applied to conduct coil spring fatigue test.
➢ Digital Indicator Model UC-100H operating of 230V AC ±10% 50Hz
➢Load cell capacity 100 kg “S” type alloy steel
➢Loading Pan size 150mm
➢Manual Linear screw length 300mm ±5mm ( effective usage 200mm approximately )
➢Spring compression by pneumatic cylinder
➢Max endurance count 10Million cycle.
➢Load set point with tolerance
➢Accept and Reject status.
